Family support is everything

Therapist, counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, hope

My time as a behavioral and Floortime interventionist, psychotherapist and individual with a disability has deepened my understanding and appreciation of the family members that love and support the individual that has an illness, disability or special needs.

The personal and professional sacrifices, stress, anger, frustration, fear and grief that anyone in a caregiving position experiences is both unique and universal. I help anticipate and manage the feelings of loneliness, isolation, frustration and anger and assist in developing better coping mechanisms through psychotherapy.
